We are interested in individuals with an interest in joining and developing and being a owner in a business that is built around the philosophy of betterment of the planet, a just society both today and tomorrow, and building long-term value for business and community.

We also seek individuals who are interested in sharing some of their time, however small or large, with the Net Balance Foundation, a not-for-profit think-tank that specifically set up to work with small to medium enterprises, research groups, academia, professional and industry associations and other not-for-profit groups in the pursuit of sustainable business.
